I read this today, the supposed Doomsday, that "there is no value in holding on to that which brings you no pleasure, no joy. The longer you stay in a 'funk', the more 'funk' sort of things will come your way. Don't make a habit of holding on to that which you don't need, that which might bring you down. Catch and release, throw it back."
