This morning, I wanted to write one last negative post to take a swipe at people. This afternoon, I thought what would be the point? Instead, here are some posts/comments stolen/borrowed from Facebook:
- Retrospect: no regrets, just optimism. If it's been bad, put it in perspective in the grand scheme of life. List the good/bad things in years past. The good will outweigh the bad when it comes to things that really matter: family and friends, health. Truly believe that God has chosen a path fo rus and it is only as good as we make it to be. Appreciate what we have and not what we don't have.
- I have seen many faces looking lonely in a crowd...but he who stays happy in solitude becomes the master of himself.---Manjula
- Another year has passed. Here we are still survivors in our own battles. We will face yet another journey in our lives, and this time hope the road we have to travel will be smoother, less complicated, and lighter.
- Be thankful for everything that was. Thankful for what you have now. And thankful for what is to come.
- For last year's words belong to last year's language. And next year's words await another voice. And to make an end is to make a beginning. Happy New Year.
