Michael J. Fox is a courageous warrior. He has been promoting his book, Always looking Up: Observations of an Incurable Optimist and I loved what he said to Barbara Walters in an old interview he gave after he publicly disclosed his diagnosis of Parkinsons' Disease. I don't remember the exact quote, but on this day of days, his words bear repeating---that I wouldn't be this happy in my life now if it hadn't been for my journey this past year.
