Patti Lupone is an über diva. I thought her Mrs. Lovett was amazing. Her Gypsy Momma Rose is even more spectacular, unbelievable, tragic, poignant. Still sympathetic and likable though.
And I got to congratulate her on her Tony win at the stage door! She sweetly said thank you.
